I LOVEEEE this! Whenever I visit HK, I would always bring several bags of this back to the US. However, even the bags are sealed, the cookies can still get still lose their freshness and I live in a very dry city. Maybe try putting them in a sealed container, or finish them quality. I tried to eat the ones I got from HK slowly, but even the bags were unopened, the cookies were no longer crunchy.
