Tracking Guide
Most of the shipments are delivered within 4-9 Business days(excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
Please note sometimes status may not be updated for days and it is normal. Most package will eventually arrive in 4-9 Business day after the order is shipped. There's a slight chance shipment may take more than the estimated time that may due to custom clearance time, re-routed delivery, weather related condition, incidental case, increased parcel volume, etc.
According to our Risk Free Shopping Policy, we will refund your shipment if your shipment is not delivered in 15 business day after the day we send out your shipment. When you receive your package later, you will just need to return the package to us with our prepaid return shipping label. Or you could take 20% discount off of that package value to keep the package. (Please see our store policy for terms & conditions and exclusion detail)
Tracking number is sent to you by e-mail or you can find the tracking number and order status in your Miko Place store account.
You can also track your package on USPS.com and enter your tracking number to track the shipment status.
Expected delivery day shown on the USPS tracking is an estimation and may change depends on the package progress. Your package could be delivered earlier or later than the expected delivery.
You may contact us if your package is not delivered on the 15th business day after the day we ship your package. We will follow up for you and compensate for the delay according to our Risk Free Shopping Policy.
Status shown on tracking and the meaning:

| Acceptance HONG KONG |
Package is accepted by HK postal facility- The day and time shown on the tracking is in HK's time.(Time to process to next step usually takes 1 to 2 business day ) |
| Processed Through Facility HONG KONG GENERAL POST OFFICE, HONG KONG |
The package has been processed in HK and left hong kong for US. The package has been sent to cargo flight to U.S It will arrive US in 1 to 2 business days. |
| Processed Through Facility ISC (Location)(USPS) |
The package has arrived in U.S. and off loaded in US's International Processing Center including custom clearance and package sorting and sending to different regional facilities- This process could be from less than 1 to multiple business days. |
| Arrived at USPS Regional Destination Facility (Location) INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER |
The package is with the regional USPS facility and the package should arrive in the next or few business day(s). The arriving time depends on your destination distance from the facility. Usually in metropolitan area, package will delivery in the next business day. |
| Arrived at Unit | Package arrives in their sorting facility and will move forward to the local Post office. |
| Out for Delivery | The order is out for delivery in your neighborhood. In most case ,you should receive your package today. |

| Inbound into custom | Sometimes the package is sent into custom for inspection. Time for clearance can vary. In some cases, custom clearance may take less than 1 day to multiple days. |
| Out bound of custom | The package is cleared out of custom and will move to the next step. Then it will arrive at USPS Regional Destination Facility |
| Business Closed | The package attempted to deliver while your office is closed. Package will be re-delivered in next business day. |
Please note order may be split into more than one shipment due to package size and/or weight limitation by our contracted postal carrier. We usually ship out all shipment(s) per order on the same day. However, shipments may not arrive all together at the same day due to custom clearance time may vary and shipments may fall into different batches in post carrier’s transition process.
