不說不知，這個品牌的誕生，原來是來自一間當地海鮮菜館！Irvin是店主的名字，十多年前開海鮮菜館，招牌菜本來是鹹蛋黃炒蟹，但因為客人特別喜愛其惹味的鹹蛋黃醬，於是就做起鹹蛋黃魚皮和薯片來，方便客人帶回家。
起初只是少量製作，沒想到一傳十、十傳百，愈來愈多人衝著這款鹹蛋魚皮、薯片而來，Irvin在2016年索性收起餐館生意，專心賣鹹蛋魚皮、薯片和鹹蛋黃醬，品牌自此漸漸紅起，口碑廣傳至全世界！
