海底椰雪梨潤肺湯

潤肺止咳

主要成份：

蜜棗、雪梨乾、海底椰、枇杷葉、帶皮南北杏、雪耳。

此產品含有木本堅果。

使用方法：

(2人份量)

1) 先把適量瘦肉以清水洗淨及汆水後備用。

2) 把所有材料以清水洗淨及略浸後備用。

3) 加入8碗清水煲至水滾，把所有材料放進煲內，以慢火煲約1小時。

4) 加適量鹽調味，即可飲用。

Ingredient：

Sweet Dates, Dried Pear, Sea Coconut, Loquat Leaf, Sweet and bitter almonds, White Fungus.

This product contains tree nuts.

Dosage：

(for 2 persons)

1) Wash the meat and blanch them in boiling water.

2) Wash and soak all ingredients for a few minutes.

3) Add all ingredients into 8 bowls of boiling water, then slow cook for 1 hours.

4) Add salt for taste.
