Place Order

You may place your order on our website mikoplace.com, or by WhatsApp or Wechat

Place order on our website mikoplace.com, please follow the simple few steps below:

  1. Simply add any item you’d like to buy to the Shopping Cart.
  2. When you are ready to check out, click the "Shopping Cart" icon, located on the top right of the page.
  3. Once you click on "Proceed to Payment", you will be prompted to login or sign up an account if you have not done so.
  4. After logged in, please fill in your delivery detail - including your delivery address, billing Address, payment method, etc.. (Please make sure the billing zip code matches credit card)
  5. Do not exit the page or click the “back” button when payment is processing, otherwise the order transaction cannot be completed. After the payment has gone thru successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. Now you are all set with the transaction.

We support credit card payment of VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discovery on our website. You pay also pay by credit card if you place your order over phone WhatsApp and WeChat.

Delivery & Return

Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE Express shipping from Hong Kong & Japan to US on each order of $38 and over (after coupon and discount applied). All shipments will come with tracking numbers. 

Shipping Cost & Delivery Time

We start processing on the next business day after customer places the order and makes the payment. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business day(s). For order of $38 and over, shipping fee is waived and no promotion code is required. For order less than $38, there is a delivery charge of $12 for express shipping from Hong Kong.

Expected delivery time will be 4-10 business days after the order is shipped. 

Business Days & Holidays

All orders are shipped on Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays and bad weather condition in Hong Kong. US postal service does not make delivery on US Holidays and Sunday.

Multiple Shipments

To better service our clients and due to post service size restriction requirement, You may receive multiple shipments if your package size on the order  is over 90cm ( L+W+H). You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee if your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will include shipment detail, order tracking number and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track the progress of a placed order on Mikoplace.com, please visit My Account. You have to sign in to access your account information. 

 

Return & Refund

In the following situations we will either resend you the order or issue refund or store credit of the cost of the specific item. We will provide you a   return label to send the item back to us, but in some cases we may not require to send us back the item.

You will have to submit a refund request in My Account on the site or contact us by e-mail or Wechat or Whatsapp within 7 days from order delivered/receipt. You will have to provide your name, order number and a picture of the item with problem.

Refund will be issued on the original payment method, gift card or store credit.

  • Problems Associated with Specific Item

1.     Missing Item

 If your order is missing an item, the item shown on the invoice but not included in package

2.     Expired/ Spoiled /damaged Item 

Most food have at least 3 month before expired (unless some snack have short expiration period, and that we will specify and clearly state on our site.) Cosmetics and other items have at least 6 month before expired. (unless item have short expiration period, and that we will specify and clearly state on our site.)

3.     Wrong item

We shipped the wrong item to you, we apologize for the mistake and will ship you back the item you order or offer refund.

4.     Incorrect info and misleading

We offer refund for the ordered product that our "description of the product" is objectively incorrect and that misled your judgement to purchase the item. The "description of the product" defined here refers to the objective facts, such as container volume, product size, color, pieces of item within the product, etc. However, the subjective term/comment, such as manufactuers' marketing information, claimed products effects, are subject to an individual's feedback and thus it does not constitute misleading or incorrect information.

  • Missing Package(s)

1.     Tracking Show Delivered

We will not issue any refund you will need to claim against USPS or your post carrier. Therefore, we strongly suggest you providing  a secured and clear address for delivery of the package(s).

2.     Tracking does not show mail delivered

We will resend you the order or issue refund. After we issue you the refund or resend you the order, Miko Place will file a claim against the post carrier. Any value receipt from the claim will be returned to Miko Place.

3.     Delivery Attempt but failed and return back to Miko Place

We can resend you the order or issue refund. However, you will have to be responsible for the delivery charge for the original shipment(the cost is base on the cost that we send you the shipment)

4.     Delivery Delay

Although the postal carrier provides 5-8 business day service; however, there may be chance on delay due to the postal carrier’s side. As delivery delay is beyond Miko Place’s control,  we are not responsible for any refund or return. However, Miko Place will consider delivery is missed if customer still does not receive the order after 15 business days from the day we place the shipment. 

  • Personal Preferences

Talk to us if you are not satisfied with your ordered item, we want to understand more and may offer an alternate solution. It is not part of our store policy and thus return on this situation is not guaranteed.
